Adding ERV Crashes OpenStudio 1.8.0 rc1
When i try to add ERV to the zone equipment OS crashes.
I don't see any error log files to upload or share.

I've reproduced the issue and after looking into it it seems like an OpenStudio SDK issue which I have filed at NREL/OpenStudio#5239.
There is a workaround for right now which I mention in OpenStudioCoalition/OpenStudioApplication#728

This version is a release candidate, not an official release. I would recommend submitting an issue here: https://github.com/openstudiocoalitio... so they can determine if it's a bug that needs to be fixed.
