Annual Cooling Energy Higher than expected

I am modeling a 2-story art storage building in OpenStudio and the annual cooling consumption is much higher than expected. I have exported detailed time series data to try and identify what the cause for this could be. The building is served by two air cooled chillers that feed 5 air handlers. The building is used to store art and has strict temperature and humidity requirements. The cooling equipment is never scheduled off but I would expect the fans and chillers to not run constantly. After reviewing the detailed time series data it looks like the fans are constantly running and both chillers are also constantly running. The chillers should be running in a lead/lag sequence based on chilled water supply temperature. I am not 100% sure how to set this up. Link To Model

I have added a google drive link to the model. Any help identifying what could be causing this is appreciated. Thank you!

I have 2 comments:

  1. You are using 22.22C 24/7 as a cooling thermostat schedule. So the chiller will be operating 24/7
  2. If you add the Envelope and Internal Load Breakdown you ca see that external wall are almos 50% of tht envelope load.
