Optimum Start for VRF

Is there a way to apply optimum start to an OpenStudio building model with VRF?

I've used the air loop availability manager for Optimum Start for other HVAC systems, but I'm wondering if there's a way to model it on a VRF system specifically

ZoneHVAC:TerminalUnit:VariableRefrigerantFlow has an Availability Manager List Name

But the field is not wrapped in the OpenStudio SDK. So you'll need to use an EnergyPlusMeasure.
