Ep launch error

I am unable to launch EP-Launch - it comes up with the error "Component 'MSINEt.OCX' or one of its dependencies not correctly registered: a file is missing or invalid". I reinstalled OS today, but still getting the error. The error was not there yesterday. Here is the path for the file - C:\Program Files\OpenStudio 1.7.0\share\openstudio\EnergyPlusV8-2-0. I downloaded the latest version of eplus and installed it (separate from OS). The EP-launch works, and also the error related to importing Schedule:Week:Compact to OS, is also not an issue with directly using Eplus through EP-launch. Thanks, -Rohini
