My Open Studio model currently has +3000 hrs of unmet hours during cooling operations. My chiller is operating and I've even hard sized the chiller to match design documents for capacity yet the zones are still under-cooled. The problem seems to reside in how the chiller is operating as all zones are chronically under-cooled. What cooling specific control aspects do you recommend me to check at the zone/plant level?
