Output all summary table not showing when running EnergyPlus from batch file

I am running EnergyPlus models using a batch file which is a set of commands including the following: energyplus -w weather -p building -d output building.idf. I am getting the HTML which shows the output but I am not getting the output "all summary" table that I usually get when I run models through the software and not from a batch file. Has anyone passed through a similar situation and can tell me how to get the output table? This would help me to look at the zone air temperatures.

Do you have this object in your IDF file?

Output:Table:SummaryReports,
  AllSummary;                             !- Report Name 1

Thank you for your response. Yes the output command is in the IDF. When I run the IDF manually then it shows up the excel table. However, when I run it thorugh a batch file then the excel table is not stored in the output folder and I cannot access the summary table. Any clues?
