hi, I'm getting an error when trying to run EnergyPlus from the terminal / command line, see below. file path is generalized for privacy, but interestingly the folder name is getting cut off when this message shows up. not sure if that is part of the issue.

 ReadVarsESO program starting.
 Requested Report Variable input file=/Users/username/Desktop/foldername
 does not exist.  Check eplusout.err file for possible explanations.
 ReadVarsESO program terminated.

otherwise the simulation works fine, but I'm unable to get my output .csv files because of this. thanks!
