I want Openstudio (OS) to use local built and installed Openstudio-standards (OS-Stds) gems instead of what is included in the OS install package. I am running local built OS (version 3.3.0-alpha) from a command line.

I have looked at the "User Quick Start Guide" and followed the instruction but looking at the results OS is using the OS-Stds gems packaged in the OS install not the local build one. My question is:

Is there a method to tell/force OS to use a local built and installed OS-Stds gems?
