Difference in ResStock output fields?

Hi all,

Very simple question here. What is the difference between net_site_electricity_kwh and total_site_electricity_kwh simulation output fields in ResStock/PAT analysis?

For me, they always have the same value, but I am assuming that they mean different things, otherwise there would just be one field.

Net site electricity is total site electricity consumption minus any electricity production. So buildings with PV systems will show a lower value for net site electricity, while all other buildings will show no difference.
