Basic question on results in spreadsheet

Hi, I'm trying to better understand the results spreadsheet in EnergyPlus when running a basic DOE Building Archetype, eg, MidRise Residential Buildings in San Francisco.

When opening the 'Spreadsheets' under 'Sets', I get an Excel file with the following columns:

Electricity:Facility J Heating:Electricity J Cooling:Electricity J InteriorLights:Electricity J ExteriorLights:Electricity J InteriorEquipment:Electricity J Fans:Electricity J Pumps:Electricity J Gas:Facility J Heating:Gas J WaterSystems:Gas J

Understand that Electricity: Facility is the sum of all electricity for Heating, Cooling, Interior Lights, Exterior Lights, Interior Equipment, Fans, and Pumps. Similarly, I understand that Gas:Facility is the sum of Heating and Water Systems for Gas.

What I'm interested in knowing is what these represent -- is it the total hourly energy demand of the buildings with the COP of the equipment factored in? Or is it the total energy demand and the equipment efficiencies need to be parsed out? This is a very basic question, so would appreciate someone breaking the columns down for me and how to manipulate the results to be more specific and descriptive.

They represent the amount of electricity that the building consumes in total and for heating and cooling. These already include the COP and other performance characteristics of the equipment.
