Which is the proper "ZoneInfiltration:DesignFlowRate" value, with ideal air loads?

I am setting two models without HVAC system (residential and office). I am using the ideal air load.

In your opinion, which is the proper value of space infiltration (in term of ACH) I have to use?
With ideal loads is there already mechanical ventilation?
Do I have to consider a combination between mechanical ventilation and infiltration?

I believe that DesignFlowRates can be defined independently of the IdealAirLoads system. The IdealAirLoads system is driven by thermostats and should take into account any infiltration that occurs.
