Cooling issue even by changing cooling set point

Why I am not able to cut off cooling in particular months(May,June and September) by choosing a cooling set point of 104 F, during modeling a building located in New York?I don't want my building to cooled as this building remains closed during above mentioned months.

Also, how does the Setpoint manager works and what is its significance? How and when to consider to change temperatures of Setpoint manager?

We have too limited information to help really here. What do you mean by the fact that you have cooling in these months? Did you set it setpoint to 104F for all zones? did you check that the zone temperatures are well below this? What's your HVAC system (if you have a VAV with a SPM of 55F that might explain it...)?

Yes, I applied this setpoint to all zones. My HVAC loop is Air Cooled by DX Single Speed coil and air distribution method is constant volume(CV).

Shut off your airloopHVAC instead, but shutting off the Fan via its Availability Schedule.

I'm guessing your AirLoopHVAC has a SetpointManager:Scheduled and some outside air, so it still cooling that air.

You can shut off your AirloopHVAC entirely instead, by shutting off the Fan via its Availability Schedule (an alternate way is to use an AvailabilityManager:ScheduledOff but the Fan is easier).

FYI if you still need that outside air - I doubt it since in your case since your building is unoccupied... - you can shut off the Coil:Cooling:DX:SingleSpeed only via its Availability Schedule as well.
