I had installed and uninstalled the programs, but nothing happens,

I had installed and uninstalled the programs (sketch 2018 and Open Studio 2.7.0) , but nothing happens. The open Studio not appear in sketch....could you help me please?

OpenStudio will only work with SketchUp 2018 Pro, since the SketchUp 2018 Free is a web application that doesn't interact with extensions or plug-ins. If you are trying to use SketchUp 2018 Pro, be sure to install SketchUp first and then install OpenStudio. If you still don't see OpenStudio tools in SketchUp, you may need to manually save OpenStudio folders on your computer. If that is the case, you can refer to posts here and here to help you out.
