istanbul weatherfile

I need to determine the median diffuse horizontal illuminance from the sky for the city Istanbul. Therefore, I need to obtain the standardized climate files contain an annual time series of 8760 hourly values for diffuse horizontal illuminance. I have been told that I can obtain these data from Energyplus Weather file.

Here is a link to Energy+ weather files for Istanbul. To read about the weather file you will have to download and install E+. Then in the documentation folder you will find AuxiliaryPrograms.pdf which holds data about the weather converter application.

@duyguzz the AuxiliaryPrograms.pdf can be found in the sub-folder named 'documentation' of the E+ main folder. The weather converter app is located in the sub-folder named 'PreProcess'. It is a stand alone app.
