Compiled from source OpenStudioApp crashes after launch

After compiling from source OpenStudioApp v2.6.0 crashes after launch with the pop-up message: "Measure Manager has crashed, attempting to restart"

Any idea what am I missing? Thanks in advance.

After numerous attempts, it looks like the default libraries loading at OS launch may be the reason to cause this. I tried to remove all the default libraries by clicking >Perferences>Change Default Libraries. Problem solved.
