Can WaterUse reclamation water be incorporated in to a plant loop in EnergyPlus?

I am investigating wastewater heat recovery using a heat pump system. I know that there is a "Drain Water Heat Exchanger" field in the WaterUse:Connections object, but I would like to capture both the temperature and wastewater flow rate profiles generated from the building (I believe the heat exchanger would only capture the temperature profile). My current model contains a WaterUse:Storage tank (which represents a real life wastewater collection tank) that is referenced in my WaterUse:Connections "Reclamation Water Storage Tank Name" field.

My question is "Is there a way to incorporate WaterUse reclamation water (in this case drain water) in to a plant loop?" The WaterUse storage tank does not appear to have accessible nodes that can be referenced in a plant loop.

Thank you in advance for any suggestions or assistance.

I believe you can do that. You can take a look at an E+ measure (made for OS) which I wrote. If you will read through that I believe you can understand how to do that. If any specific question you can comment here and I will try to answer.
