for radiant ceiling, how to define the material filled in the gap of cooling tubes?

I know how to define the 'construction:internal source' for radiant cooling in E+, it's like a sandwich, layer 1 - cooling tube - layer 2. But what if the gap between cooling tubes are filled with a certain material, for instance, concrete? how to define this situation?

The only thing that you are asked to keep is that whatever material the source layer is (cement, gypsum, air etc.) you have to divide it into two identical layers and mark the source after the first of them.
