PAT run failing with zero errors or warnings
I am trying to run PAT on a model that has no errors or warnings when I run it regularly in OpenStudio. I have successfully run identical models (with different climate zones and constructions) using the same PAT measures/set up. I have no idea why this PAT is not running successfully (says status is completed fail), any ideas!? I am trying to upload the zip file to this PAT but unmet hours doesn't seem to want to do that.

You can upload it to wherever you want (google drive, dropbox, wetransfer,...) and add a link to your original question. Or if you rename the extension of the zip to ".txt" it should allow you to upload it here.
Did you try creating a new PAT project with the same OSM file? You can refer this question. I guess sometimes the PAT does not like when you make changes to the original OSM file in the PAT project directory.
Are you running on a windows-based machine? If so, it may be that the file names of your measure files end up too long. Windows can't handle file names greater than 256 characters. It will fail with no errors or warnings or explanation. PAT v2.0+ adds a huge amount of characters making PAT pretty useless for us unless we change our entire measure library to accommodate this. We have chosen to abandon v2.0+ and are still on v1.14 for that reason. We look forward to a fix for this.
That seems like a very annoying limitation indeed. I suggest placing your pat project folder directly on
C:\to try that out...
