Is there an error in the program when adding two swimming pools?

I get this error: * Severe * SetComponentFlowRate: trapped plant loop index = 0, check component with inlet node named=GROWOUTPOOL INLET

I get no errors for the first swimming pool, only the second.

Yes, there was. See this bug report. It appears to have been fixed in the latest release of EnergyPlus (version 8.8).
