How can I Define the Temperature inside a Zone or Space

Hey,

I've be looking for a field where i can define the temperature inside a zone. Do i define it with schedules? I want to have a constant value in my Zone. This temperature should then be held with my HVAC system. I think it is not a big problem but I just can't find the field in Openstudio.

Thank you very much :)

Should we open up the "meta" question about greetings on UH? I think they should be removed. (see this thread on Meta. @Neal Kruis, Amir Roth (can't tag you, there's another user named "Amir" only that picks up the tag...), @Jamie Bull, @MatthewSteen

@Julien Marrec - I agree, and given that there's no Meta forum for this site (and it probably doesn't need one at its current size) I'd suggest creating a meta tag for this and similar questions.

What do you mean by 'greetings'?

@Marcelba: no worries! This isn't directed towards yourself, it's in general. We don't have a proper space to discuss such questions so it just happened here. Amir, I mean "Hello, thank you, good bye, etc" I guess @Jamie Bull 's idea of a meta tag is a good one... So we don't end up hijacking threads like this one...

Cooling and heating setpoint ("...ClgSetp" and "...HtgSetp") are found in your Schedules>Schedules tabs. This is where you set hourly setpoint values. The default schedules incorporate setbacks, so if you want them constant, hover your mouse over the schedule segments and type the setpoint value you want. The schedules are then assigned in your Thermal Zones tab under the Cooling/Heating Thermostat Schedule columns. The following video might be helpful starting at 4:45 here. This also shows how to change values as I described and by grabbing and dragging schedule segments to the value that you want at the hour you want.
