eQuest Library Location

Hi, I am looking for the eQuest library with default miscellaneous loads (plug loads) by space/activity type. I did not find these values in the BDLLIB.dat, Usrlib.dat, eQ_Lib.dat, or BDLbft.dat files. Did I miss is or is there another location for these? I'm using eQuest 3.65 but am happy to use any version. Thanks!

They are complied into binary files (BDBase.bin and Rules.bin, in the "eQUEST 3.-65 Data/Wizard/" directory). I don't think that the content is publicly available.
