If I want to have pipes in the floor (inside the concrete) that will have warm water running through them and thus being able to heat up the rooms slightly, is there an easy way to design that in OpenStudio?
That's referred to as in-floor radiant heating. This question shows how to do that in OpenStudio.

You don't have a surface in the zone that you've assigned to the InternalSource construction you created.
Do I change that under construction or somewhere in the thermal zone tab?
No, you can go in the spaces->surfaces tab and do it there or go into the SketchUp plugin, click the surface, and then assign it using the inspector.
