how can I model combined heat and power system in open studio?

I need to simulate a building using open studio where I have an absorption chiller and gas turbine (typical CHP system). Is it possible to simulate such system on Open Studio ?

Thanks for any help.

Alberto

You have to use a measure since ElectricLoadCenter isn't exposed in the OS GUI. Would you like that answer?

@Adam Hilton, I am trying also to simulate a building powered by gas Micro-CHP in OpenStudio. How can I write a measure that allow me to use a Micro-CHP in OpenStudio ? Is it an energyplus measure or OpenStudio measure ? Is there any template or example measure file concerning CHP ?

Thanks

I'm not aware of a measure on BCL for this. I think you'll have to write your own.

For future reference, this should be posted as a comment, not an answer.
