Water Source Heat Pump Plant Loop Run Away Temperatures

My condenser loop for my WSHP system runs exactly as expected until I reduce the lighting loads. Then the loop becomes too cold (-99.6 deg C) and crashes during warm-up. Does anyone have a solution to this problem?

Have you looked at node temperatures during the simulation?

I found that I had this issue whenever there were times when the flows through my heat pumps were very, very small. I received some helpful answers on eliminating this problem when I asked my question [here]. (https://unmethours.com/question/20784...)
