geo-exchange system

I am interested in modelling earth tubes, looking at the energy transfer from/to the air and earth, and the energy storage and change over time in the earth considering the thermal capacity of the earth. There is anyway I could model this in E+? Anyone? Thank you.

The energy storage and thermal capacity is not taken into account in this model. Any other ideas?

@juniacompostella, what makes you think EarthTube doesn't consider energy storage and thermal capacity. Will Sum,Earth Tube Zone Sensible Cooling Energy [J] and Sum,Earth Tube Zone Sensible Heating Energy [J] variable give you want you are looking for?

Hi David, thank you for your note. So, I am confused. Based on a conversation with the person who implemented and looking at the engineering reference manual, it seems like that the temperature of soil around the pipe does not change as the pipe is used. Would love to learn more about. I guess I am missing something. Junia
