If I try to download this measure in OpenStudio it doesn't seem to work. Adding infiltration correlated for weather and building characteristics https://bcl.nrel.gov/node/83101
It's missing the meta-data that defines the minimum version of OpenStudio it supports. As a result the OpenStudio GUI prevents you from downloading it directly. If you need to use it right away, you could download it through a web browser. Then use the GUI to create a new measure, and replace that measure.rb with the one from this download, but ideally you should wait for that measure to be updated by the developer who posted it.
It looks like the measure author included an email address in the measure description, so you could let them know their measure doesn't work.
I'm trying to upload a new version of the measure but when I hit the save button all I get is: The specified URL cannot be found.
@BrianP, can you let me know if this still happens in a few hours. Also make sure you open the OpenStudio Application or PAT with directory with this measure set for as your "My Measures" directory. Then click the "Sync Project Measures with Library" button on the measures tab. This will update the Checksums in the XML file if anything has changed.
It still does not work to upload a new version. I tried Firefox and Chrome.

This measure can now be downloaded using OS version 1.12.2 +.
