Openstudio stops working whenever I try to open a file. My system is Window 10. I am not sure if that is the reason causing this problem. Could anyone provide me a solution?

Hi, I stuck in this problem too. I'm not sure because of my model or anything. My model has too many curves after I click matching surface it have lots of error and lastly show this window "openstudio has stopped working". Pls help me, cheers.

For what it's worth I'm running it on Windows 10 with no problems.
Probably the problem is not the system. I couldn't figure out the solution. Thanks anyway.
To see what's causing a crash you could try checking the Event Logs. There are instructions here. I've not used this for OpenStudio but worth a try.
If you make a new model with OpenStudio and try to save, and then re-open that file does it still crash? Also can you specify which version of OpenStudio you are using. Thanks
Have you tried un-installing and re-installing? Sidesteps the reason for your error but might be a solution.
