Water-to-Air HeatPump: Cooling/Heating Coil Parameter estimation: HOW TO ? [closed]

In the EnergyPlus documentation parametric spreadsheets are described for estimating parameters of heating/cooling coils of water-to-air heat pumps:

WaterAir_PE_Cooling.xls

WaterAir_PE_Heating.xls

Does anybody know where these spreadsheets are available (free ?), since I could not find these tools among add-ons at EnergyPlus website.
