There are various Predefined Monthly Reports that EnergyPlus can generate. It sounds like you are interested in multiple reports:

• Space Gains Monthly report to see the various contributions from windows, infiltration, lights, etc.
• Zone Cooling Summary Monthly report to see sensible and latent cooling provided by HVAC
• Zone Heating Summary Monthly report to see sensible heating provided by HVAC

EnergyPlus will generate these monthly reports if their name (SpaceGainsMonthly, e.g.) is included in the input field lines of the Output:Table:SummaryReports object in your IDF.
