I'm an engineer working in the NREL Commercial Buildings Group. My goal is to help make high-efficiency building design commonplace by making existing energy analysis tools more accessible and making new tools in markets where none currently exist. To that end, I've been working on projects to attack this problem from several angles; current projects include work to improve energy modeling (OpenStudio), energy auditing (simuwatt Energy Auditor mobile energy auditing tool), and utility design assistance programs (EDAPT).
