ResultsViewer DesignBuilder Error: Requested value 'Each Call' was not found.

Just got DesignBuilder ResultsViewer installed and running. I just ran a simulation in OpenStudio (OS) and got outputs. It looks like when I try to use ResultsViewer to open a .eso file from my OS run, I receive the following message:

Unexpected error during load.
Requested value 'Each Call' was not found.
Please check the log file for more detail.

It doesn't appear that a log file is being generated. Does anybody have any suggestions?
