gbXML - Ground boundary condition on a roof?
I got a simple model, one zone with a hole in the roof in DesignBuilder.
I exported from DesignBuilder to gbXML and imported it into OpenStudio.

OpenStudio imported the roof surfaces with a ground outside boundary condition. Why is that the case?
How gbXML model should be constructed so that the roof has outdoors outside boundary condition?
