Adiabatic Surfaces in EnergyPlus
Hi. I am running a simplified model to optimize envelope characteristics. Actually I have a building with 9 zones (3*3 on facade). I wonder if I can consider just one of them in the middle and simulate just that zone instead of all, and consider interior walls as adiabatic? Model(2) instead of (1) in the picture :
If It is OK, Why the energy outputs for the middle zone are different?
Many thanks for your response in advance @Neal Kruis, @Annie Marston @Aaron Boranian
