   When I use BCVTB, I have some questions. The first one is when I double-clicked the file BCVTB.jar, it  showed this error. Second, I saw the co-simulation between e+ and matlab, it will needs socket.cfg. But I didn't see this file in the examples. Do I need to define this file manually?manually?
