What's the best way to unzip large set of compressed folders?

I have around 400 "data_point" zipped files I downloaded from the OpenStudio AWS Console after running a simulation using PAT Algorithmic Mode. Each folder size is around 7MB. Its been taking hours to unzip them all using 7zip. Is there a tried & tested better way of unzipping hundreds of folders simultaneously?
