Getting Conflict between unique node names and plantloop supply and demand inlet outlet namest

I get the following message:

 ************* Testing Individual Branch Integrity                  
 ** Severe  ** Non-unique node name found, name=NODE 3              
 **   ~~~   ** ..1st occurrence in Branch=RH Supply BRANCH      
 **   ~~~   ** ..duplicate occurrence in Branch=RH Demand FEED BRANCH      
 ** Severe  ** Non-unique node name found, name=NODE 20             
 **   ~~~   ** ..1st occurrence in Branch=RH Supply  BRANCH      
 **   ~~~   ** ..duplicate occurrence in Branch=RH Demand RETURN BRANCH

but when I make unique node names for supply outlet node -demand inlet node and vice-versa, i get the error messages that Plantloop Demand inlet and Supply outlet nodes must be the same.

What am I doing wrong?
