Cooling Tower Outside Model Boundaries

After running the simulation for a residential building served by water source heat pumps in OpenStudio, the EnergyPlus error file showed the below warnings. I tried to find the "Water flow rate ratio" in the input/output documentation of E+, but no luck, I checked the input for the range and approach temperature they were as designed. I am not sure what is triggering these warnings. I am guessing the reason for the last three warnings is the sizing in a heating design day. Thank you!
