I downloaded the "Add Output Diagnostics" as a measure off of the BCL while in OpenStudio then dragged the measure file to the "Energy Plus Measures". I then ran the model and did not receive any additional output information in the eplusout.err file.

After downloading the "add Output DIagnostics" I am still getting this output in my eplusout.err file:
