I'm trying to use the "Reduce Ventilation By Percentage" Measure in OS (Shown below). It should be reducing the design specification for outdoor air as far as i understand.

When i use it, the total energy use changes but it does that regardless of the reduction i type into the measure, even when typing in 0% reduction.

My outdoor air specification is shown below and i think this is the number that the measure should target but now im not really sure?

If someone can solve this, it would be very nice :)
