I´m trying to generate water to air heat pump parameters using the "WaterAir_PE_Cooling" tool, but i don´t know why the loss-factor is always higher than 0.

I´m using catalog data from different manufacturers, but always the result is the same and the errors are to high.

Can somebody help me showing to me the mistake?
