What are my options for creating a custom ThermostatSetpoint:DualSetpoint that I can access from the SketchUp plugin and assign when using the Space Attributes Button ?

I'd prefer not to write a measure, or otherwise get down and Ruby.

The object I am trying to create is a ThermostatSetpoint:DualSetpoint which references the heating and cooling setpoints.

This object doesn't seem to be visible in the OS App,nor the OS Inspector is that right? That seems to rule out editing an existing one from a library and also baking my own (without getting down to the Ruby). So I am curious how the building type templates in the New Model wizard are created and managed ?

The object I feel as though I am trying to create missing something obvious, because I imagine this is a ThermostatSetpoint:DualSetpoint which references the heating and cooling setpoints. not an unusual requirement.

This object doesn't seem question relates to be OS >1.10 where the Thermostat is no longer visible in the OS App,nor the OS Inspector is that right? I am perplexed that creating a thermostat is not an easy thing to do. I need to create a few thermostats for a custom residential model. I would prefer not to write ruby code to do this. What are my options for creating custom Thermostats ?
