I am carrying out an energy model for a fitness center. However, we have no information about the layout or equipment that will be installed in these spaces since it is a tenant space we need to make assumptions about the loads. Have you modeled before these types of spaces? is there any manual, standard to be able to model a standardized space? do you know which assumptions can be acceptable? For now, I am considering the fitness center loads from COMNET, however, there is no much information about SHW consumption and nothing about a spa. Can I consider a spa is closer to a swimming pool than a fitness center for simplifications? Is there an existing library for these types of templates?
