If the BCL page is down, which GitHub page/repo should I use to to obtain measures?

I am trying to obtain measures from the BCL page, but an error connection issue appears. I have tried clearing cache and every other recommendation.

I am resorting to pulling measures directly from GitHub, but I am not sure which GitHub repo to pull/download from.

I do not have the Add Output Diagnostics measure which I would like to use to help me troubleshoot before I add VAV HVACs to the model.

The list of repos indexed by the BCL is available at https://github.com/BuildingComponentL.... The Add Output Diagnostics measure is available at https://github.com/NREL/openstudio-co.... I did file a bug report for the BCL website being down yesterday, https://github.com/BuildingComponentL...
