I am modelling a multifamily residential building and am using fan-coils to heat and cool each thermal zone, with a DOAS for air supply. The report that is generated shows that each thermal zone has a non-zero heating load, and their respective coils are sized accordingly. However, when I look at the HVAC load profile, the heating load is equal to zero year-round despite the cooling load being non-zero.

What can I do about this?
