Error: Start year must be between 1900 and 2500

Hello, I made this model and when I try to simulate I have this error that says that the start year needs to be between 1900 and 2500. Please Advise on how to simulate.

By the way, It seems it is not an issue of the file, as when I delete the building and add a new building, and I try to simulate, this message dissapears and I can simulate.

I suggest changing the EnergyPlus version from 8.9.0.001 to 9.4.0.002 in the Program Options. image description

This should change the user interface in DesignBuilder and then you should see the Specify Year checkbox and Start Year field where you will place the value, for example, 2002.
