Detailed Performance Data heating and cooling

In ResStock, when trying to implement detailed heating and cooling performance data, should those be only defined in the options_lookup.tsv or do they also need to be in any of the sample files? should they be repeated for each temperature as outdoor temperature , capacity, capacity description, and Efficiency[Units="COP"]/Value for each outdoor temperature?

Note that the ability to specify detailed performance data with equipment autosizing, which is nearly always what you'd want for ResStock, is still under development and being tested here.
@shorowit thanks for your help! If we use hard sizing, is this the right approach to use a different performance data for heating and cooling?
