No Cooling Load in OpenStudio Simulation Results

Hello, I had this problem of no cooling load in my more complicated model previously, so I created this very simple model to just find a way to obtain the cooling load. I was using a "Packaged Rooftop VAV With Reheat" as the HVAC system, so I repeated it in this simple model, and still no cooling load in the results. Then I deleted the HVAC and I tried to use "ideal air loads" to make it even simpler. Now, a very low cooling load is visible on the HVAC Load Profiles graphic (screenshot-2), but in the Zone Overview graphics, the "calculated design load" for cooling is still zero. (screenshot-3)

I would appreciate it If anyone could explain why this is happening. I believe that I have reasonable thermostat set points and a very simple model, which makes it harder for me to think of the reason behind such an unexpected result.

Here is the link for the model and the screenshots: https://drive.google.com/drive/folder...

@gulce, The HVAC Sizing Summary report is returning nil for the Zone Sensible Cooling for the one thermal zone in the facility.

You will see this if you go to the EnergyPlus report.

The load is too low (although I am not sure what the minimum threshold is I couldn't find it too easily in the Engineering Reference)

If you increase the cooling you will see this change
