Why don't you search for "Outdoor Air" in the summary report?

For the outdoor air flow rate of each system (each AirLoop), you can refer to Controller:OutdoorAir in the summary report. If you autosize Minimum Outdoor Air Flow Rate of Controller:OutdoorAir in your idf file, the Minimum Outdoor Air Flow Rate is what you want. PLease note that if you autosize Maximum Outdoor Air Flow Rate of Controller:OutdoorAir in your idf file, the Maximum Outdoor Air Flow Rate in the summary report is equal to the maximum supply air flow rate when using economizer.

For the outdoor air flow rate of each zone, you can refer to Calc Outdoor Air Flow Rate under Zone Sizing Information in the summary report.
