I want the simulation result of the chilled water supply temperature to be dynamic with a setpoint temperature as a design temperature, but the result of the CHWS temperature is equal to the setpoint for every moment. Am I wrong that the setpoint temperature act like a design temperature or does it act like an actual temperature? And how to make it act like just a design temperature?
