EnergyPlus EMS - New actuator

I'm looking for an EMS Actuator for "Zone, Surface Outside Face Sunlit Area", but I didn't found this in the .EDD file. I think it's not available. There is the possibility of include this actuator in EnergyPlus?

There is a web site being developed which will allow improvements to be suggested. This web site is in the beta development phase.

It hasn't gone live yet. I'll try to remember to inform you, but I would think there would be some form of notification to users when the site does go live.

An alternate method with current v8.3.0 features would be to use a shading surface (Shading:Building:Detailed) to block the building surface in question and use EMS to actuate the Transmittance Schedule value. This also requires changing the ShadowCalculation "Calculation Method" to TimestepFrequency.
